Lexy Smith speaks with Captain John Birks, Corps Officer of the Corps Community Center for The Salvation Army in Bullhead City serving almost the entire Mohave Valley. Birks is a fifth generation Salvationist which means five generations of his family have served The Salvation Army. Birks explains how both he and his wife run the Corps Community Center together. Birks details the social services that are provided at that location. Birks shares how the face of the homeless have changed in the last few years.
