Lexy Smith speaks with Ian Engle, the Executive Director for the Northwest Colorado Center for Independence. The Northwest Colorado Center for Independence started locally in 2014 serving five counties including Routt, Grand and Summit. Engle shares how those of any age who are in need with a disability are welcome. Engle details the various programs and resources offered. Engle explains the peer support aspect of the program that goes far beyond just providing rides and food to its participants.
