Lexy Smith speaks with Madeline Matson, Executive Director for the Columbia Pacific Heritage Museum located in Ilwaco. The Columbia Pacific Heritage Museum has been serving the Pacific Region since 1983. Matson details the extensive collection that takes up the entirety of the old telephone company building leased to them by the city. Matson explains how the artifacts rotate regularly. Matson shares the story of an exhibit of a man who canoed from Asia all the way to the Pacific Northwest, by accident.
