Jeanice Lee talks with Chapter President of Sleep in Heavenly Peace Hawai’i (SIHP), George Denise. SIHP is a volunteer-based non-profit that builds beds for kids 3–17 years old who don't have a bed of their own. They currently serve West Oahu, but they are hoping to expand and serve the entire island and outer islands. Anyone can volunteer at a build day or by donating monetarily to help purchase supplies to build beds. No experience or tools are needed to serve. Businesses and church congregations are encouraged to host a company build day. Learn more, apply for a free bed, visit (Shpbeds.org)
