Jim Davis talks with Lacy Boling, Executive Director of the Paducah Cooperative Ministry. The ministry responds to basic human needs and conditions in the Paducah area. Boling says the ministry offers services that includes their “Fresh Start Village” that houses women and children as well as their food pantry and emergency assistance. Future plans include building a facility to house homeless men. Finally, Boling encourages member of the public to come visit the ministry and see firsthand the work that they do on a daily basis.
