Jeanice Lee talks to Rodney Williams, Managing Director of Restore to Life Inc. which helps ex-offenders find jobs upon release from prison. They assist with resume writing and job coaching too. They also have a youth chess program for ages 8-18 yrs which meets twice weekly. Williams says this helps youth develop their brain, critical thinking skills, patience and the confidence needed to succeed in life.
