Jeanice Lee talks to Kedra Holderman, CEO & Founder of Peaceful Hearts for Change in Perris. Holderman describes per personal story and what inspired her to start his non-profit. Their interactive equine therapy program is a minimum of 8 weeks and helps people and horses heal. Each horse has a story, and all have been rescued. She shares how they contract with the Riverside County Mental Health Dept. Services however people can self-refer. Families, teens, and kids are welcome. Holderman says some of their future goals is to create a partnership with schools to discuss anti bullying and mental health awareness with their mini horses.
