Felipe Aguilar speaks with Cynthia Trejo-Boyar, Founder & President, In Her Element Foundation IHEF). IHEF programs provide mentorship to underprivileged young women and women to help them navigate the life-challenges they will face and to poi them in a path that leads to success. Programs include Her-Ship, Her Boutique, The First Impression, and Money Management Center.
