Posted on Sunday, February 4, 2024 by Jack Church

Jack Church talks with Michelle Creekmore, Program Coordinator for early childhood with the ARC of Madison County. Creekmore said The ARC serves a wide range of ages from childbirth into adulthood. Early Intervention is a key program that provides services to children from birth to 3 years old who have significant developmental delays or are diagnosed with mental or physical conditions which have a high probability of developmental delays. Services may include special instruction, speech therapy, physical therapy, and other types of service based on the needs of the child and family. ARC also has numerous programs for adults to help them enter the workforce and in some cases achieve independent living.
