Peter Kaye speaks with Jim Killoran of the Fuller Center for Housing of Greater New York City about the increasing need of affordable housing throughout the five boroughs. Killoran speaks to the impact that immigration has had on an already difficult situation and the need for fresh new ideas to help address the challenge. He proudly shares of nine families having recently paid of the mortgage on their Fuller Center home and explains the impact that will have on the next generation and beyond. Killoran sheds light on the various ways they help seniors stay in their homes and gives a positive outlook on the future of New York housing.
