Ron Turner talks with Beatrice Casiano Allen, Executive Director for The Columbus Dream Center about the rise in the poverty rate over the last ten years in the city of Columbus while the rest of the state and nation have decreased. Allen discusses the contributing factors around the increase of impoverished families in Columbus and provides information for services geared to help those in need.
