Peter Kaye speaks with Sherri Falco of Bread of Life, a program of Giving Tree Global about food insecurity throughout the greater NYC area. Falco explains how she and her husband started Bread of Life a dozen years ago to serve those in need. She takes us from their first interaction of distributing three hundred donated bagels to annually rescuing and distributing three million pounds of food to food insecure individuals. Falco emphasizes that Bread of Life is more than a food bank as their focus is not just sharing food but the Gospel of Jesus Christ and gives examples of that in action.
