Jeanice Lee talks to Jerome Caldwell, a "Big" and Board Member with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Los Angeles. BBBSLA is a youth empowerment non-profit who provides one-to-one mentoring relationships with adults and youth. Caldwell shares the impact a mentor can make on a child's life, the safety measures put into place to protect a child, and the different activities "Bigs" and "Littles" do together.
