Joel Reagan spoke with Ruth Ortega, Interim Coordinator of Great Plain Literacy Council, which is based in Altus and serves Jackson and Harmon counties. Ortega outlined the services provided by GPLC in GED test preparation, ESL, ELL, Adult Basic Literacy and more. She spoke about the need in the community and the impact these services make.
