"Therefore, accept each other just as Christ has accepted you so that God will be given glory." – Romans 15:7 NLT
Imagine walking into a room filled with strangers, unsure if you belong. Then someone approaches you, extends a warm smile, and says, "we’re so glad you’re here." That small act of acceptance can transform an entire experience. Romans 15:7 reminds us that Christ welcomes us in that same way; with open arms, regardless of our flaws, failures, or past. And because of His example, we’re called to do the same for others.
As you’ve journeyed through these 30 days of engaging with God’s Word, you’ve been reminded time and again of His unchanging love, His abundant grace, and His faithfulness to guide you. Now, the challenge is to take what you’ve learned and live it out in the world. By accepting others (family members, coworkers, neighbors or even those who are difficult to love) you reflect the heart of Jesus and give glory to God.
This journey doesn’t end here. The habit you’ve cultivated over these 30 days is just the beginning. God’s Word is a wellspring of encouragement, direction, and transformation for your life. Every time you open the Bible, you’re allowing God to shape you into someone who brings His light into a dark world.
Consider how Christ loved you: without conditions, without hesitation, and with great joy. Let that truth inspire you to extend grace to others. When we embrace one another in love, we create opportunities for the Gospel to shine through us, showing the world what it means to be part of God’s family.
So, keep pressing forward. Keep reading His Word, loving others, and trusting the Shepherd who guides you. You’ve taken a beautiful step in building a lifelong habit of seeking God through Scripture. Don’t stop now! The journey is worth it, and so is He.
