Thomas Edison launched over 1,000 successful inventions, but thousands of his inventions failed.
Babe Ruth was considered one of the best baseball players of his day. He hit 714 home runs, but he struck out 1,330 times. He once said, “Never let the fear of striking out keep you from taking a swing.”

REFLECT AND RESPOND:
- What’s one obstacle you’re struggling with right now? How do you think God might be using that obstacle to prepare you for what’s next?
- What’s one step you can take this week to help you embrace what God is doing right now?
