The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office is investigating an incident that resulted in one deputy being injured. "Seeing this suspect show absolutely no regard for the life of our deputy, deliberately hitting him with his car is terrifying," said Sheriff Chad Chronister. “The entire Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office is here for Deputy Hall and will do anything they can to support him and his family.”

That’s when the driver rammed into Deputy Hall.Officials say he is an 11-year veteran with the sheriff’s office and a member of the county’s K-9 team.
The suspect car has ben located, and the owner identified - an arrest is pending once investigators determine who was actually driving.
