Chattanooga, TN (by Billie Branham) - Alysa Butterfield is an interior designer and after seeing the state of a local women's shelter, decided to donate her services to renovate the building.

“I want people to walk in there and immediately feel loved. Immediately feel valued. To know that they don’t ever have to be without hope.”

Alysa’s Agape Design is transforming the shelter. It’s important to her that the women have safe and warm areas to focus on their healing. She's even done research on trauma-informed design to make sure each space promotes calm and rest for those who have been through trauma.

Alysa has more rooms to do at The Room In The Inn shelter but says she's taking her time on the project. She is using quality materials in a well-thought-out way.
