Jeanice Lee talks to Captain Arnold with Salvation Army Long Beach Red Shield. Captain Arnold says their mission is to meet human needs without discrimination in the name of Jesus though various services, programs, opportunities, and events in the community. They offer many services such as addiction and recovery, food assistance, meals for Seniors, and more. Anyone is welcome to attend their free church services in English and Spanish on Sundays. Captain Arnold encourages anyone to volunteer and shop at their Salvation Army Family Stores which helps support their programs.
