Jack Church talks with Pat Chastain, President and CEO for the Middle Georgia Rescue Mission in Macon, Georgia. The Mission has a rich history dating back to its start in 1952. Chastain said the mission remains focused on helping the hungry, homeless and those with addiction issues through a Christ-centered program. The current campus serves both men and women as well as families with children with plans for additional space now under construction to meet the growing needs of the community. In 2023 the mission served over 180k meals and over 66k hours in recovery care.
