Kindra Ponzio talks with Pastor Tom Kirkendall, House of Hope Food Pantry. Kirkendall talks about the need for food assistance in the area. He shares that they have created a better shopping experience by allowing their clients they call friends, to actually shop in the pantry, picking the foods they like and will use. Kirkendall calls his clients friends because he and his volunteers sit and talk with them. His goal is to build relationships with them and to be able to help with other resources.
