Felipe Aguilar talks with Ross Powell, Co-founder, of Hope4Hounds in San Antonio about the work they do to provide cost-free care for dogs of the homeless population. Powell provides a historical overview of how Hope4Hounds first started. He also talks about the therapeutic qualities of dogs and why having a dog companion gives homeless people a “purpose” in life.
