Monika Kelly speaks with Steve Gill, Veterans Services Administrator for the Washington State Veterans Affairs office about the newly signed P.A.C.T. Act (the Promise to Address Comprehensive Toxics Act), which promises health care to Vietnam and Gulf War-Era (1990-present) veterans who've been exposed to Agent Orange, toxic burn pits and toxic chemicals during their time of service and have developed some sort of medical condition (cancer, diabetes, high blood pressure, etc.) as a result. This is a large expansion of federal VA services, which may impact 1 in 5 veterans in Washington State.
