Cottages of Hope serves Weber County, Davis County and surrounding areas by helping individuals become financially stable and self-sufficient. Botelho describes their resources and services including ways to help people increase their income to a livable wage, free tax preparation services, helping people set up a personal budget and debt counseling. He says Cottages of Hope has very few qualifications for services and urges people with a financial situation to call for an appointment.
