Jim Davis talks with Kara Lopp of Common Heart, located in Indian Trail. Common Heart provides food for families in the Union County area through multiple locations during the week. Lopp explains that they additionally deliver meals once a week to individuals who are homebound. Common Heart also offers economic empowerment courses through their Getting Ahead program teaching individuals to recognize and address all causes of poverty.
