Peter Kaye speaks with Isaiah Strong director of 316 Youth and Community Center a community outreach of Perth Bible Church. Strong, a father of three, discusses his passion for working with youth and through relationship-building helping them succeed not only in school but in life as well. He shares how the Center is a safe place for kids to “chill” and play games while also having the opportunity for one-on-one tutoring in a variety of subjects. Strong emphasizes the importance of being authentic in order to build trust and encourage students to ask questions or just simply open up.
