Over two consecutive weekends in September, evangelist Will Graham shared the Gospel with a total of 23,239 people in the cities of Curitiba, Brazil, and Idaho Falls, Idaho. The back-to-back events in South and North America resulted in 1,729 people embracing hope and beginning a meaningful relationship with Jesus Christ.

Idaho Falls Look Up Tour
The Mountain America Center in Idaho Falls came to life with uplifting music and inspirational messages of hope, as more than 5,600 people attended the two-day Idaho Falls Look Up Tour with Will Graham, Sept. 23 and 24.

“Many people feel separated from God. God doesn’t leave His people, but sin separates us from Him. God is perfect and holy. We are sinners and imperfect. That is why we need a Savior,” said Graham on Saturday night. “Salvation only comes through the cross. It doesn’t come from church or religion. It is only by the blood of Jesus.”

More than 585 people responded to the Gospel, making a commitment to Jesus Christ.

Graham was joined for the Idaho Falls Look Up Tour by musical guests Crowder and Christine D’Clario.

“When have we ever experienced hundreds of people responding to Jesus in Idaho in a single day on a Saturday? I don’t think that has ever happened in our history,” said Pastor Todd Wood, speaking before Sunday afternoon’s closing event. “Glory to God for this powerful, spiritual movement--this special season. Our prayer is that it is a rippling of the Gospel through the region.”

Esperança Curitiba
An overflow crowd of 17,600 people gathered on Sept. 16, for the one-night Esperança Curitiba evangelistic outreach at the Rodeo Arena in Campina Grande do Sul, where Graham shared a Biblical message about Jesus Christ and the power of the cross.

“God took the sin of the world and placed it on the shoulders of Jesus. God was willing to send His Son to die on the cross, so sinners like you and me could live,” said Graham, grandson of Billy Graham and son of Franklin Graham. “The cross was the most important moment in the history of the world. It’s impossible to measure God’s love on the cross. It doesn’t matter how deep you are in sin. God’s love on the cross covers you as well.”

Along with the message, the audience enjoyed music by Gabriela Rocha, Theo Rubia and Gabriel Guedes.

More than 975 people responded to the invitation to make a decision for Christ.

“For the city, it will be transformation time,” said Pastor Davidson Freitas, who provided leadership for the effort in Curitiba. “Now is our opportunity to preach the Gospel and start discipleship of these people.”
