"iDEoLA" was a side project by the talented musician and songwriter Mark Heard. Mark Heard was a highly regarded American singer-songwriter, producer, and engineer known for his thought-provoking lyrics and innovative music style. 

In the mid-1980s, Mark Heard created the experimental band "iDEoLA" as a creative outlet for his diverse musical ideas. The project allowed him to explore different sounds and push the boundaries of his already established musical career. With iDEoLA, Heard ventured into more experimental and electronic music territories, incorporating synthesizers, drum machines, and intricate soundscapes into his compositions.

"iDEoLA" released its debut album, titled "iDEoLA," in 1987. The album showcased Mark Heard's musical versatility and artistic growth, earning praise from both fans and critics alike.
