About Code Of Ethics

Code of Ethics

Code of Ethics wasn't your typical 90s Christian rock band. Emerging from Jacksonville, Florida, in the late 80s, they defied expectations with their unique blend of electronic, new wave, and rock, drawing comparisons to Depeche Mode and New Order. Led by the passionate vocals of Barry Blaze and the intricate arrangements of Rick Brainer, their music delved into themes of faith, introspection, and social commentary.

Their 1991 debut, "Visual Paradox," captured the attention of Forefront Records, launching them into the Christian music scene. Later, hits like "Something Real" and "Sticks and Stones" showcased their unique sound, earning them three No. 1 singles and nominations for Dove Awards. Despite their success, the band disbanded in 2001 after releasing several more acclaimed albums, leaving behind a legacy of innovative Christian music that still resonates today.
