Where are you spending your time and what are you doing? Most of your time is likely spent connected to something. Your tablet, your phone, a computer??!!
Any guesses to how much time a day you spend connected? Young people spend at least 7 hours a day on devices. 20% of 8-year-olds have smartphones. Kids are watching an hour of online videos a day. There’s a huge switch from TV to streaming; only a third of teens enjoy watching traditional TV.
Being connected isn’t bad. Being connected too much – where it’s interfering with ‘life’ – that IS bad.
