Jeanice Lee speaks with the Executive Director of Youth Hope Foundation, Heidi Mayer. Heidi gives is an overview on who Youth Hope Foundation is and how they work with homeless, at risk and run away youth. We learn the history behind this non-profit and the story behind why Youth Hope Foundation was formed, communities that they serve and the challenges the youth face in our community. We learn how many youth are considered homeless in the community and what Youth Hope Foundation is doing to help feed they youth on the streets and how they help the youth with job training. Heidi talks about the medical services they provide such as dental, vision, counseling, etc.
