Monika Kelly spoke to Henry Morris, Communications and Marketing Director, Women's Lunch Place about the services offered to women experiencing homelessness in the Boston area. The organization has daily, in-house prepared, scratch breakfast and lunch served to women, they offer mental and physical wellness visits, a creative arts program, housing advocacy, a library of resources and a welcoming place to rest. Women's Lunch Place has also partnered with local restaurants during the pandemic in order to help both the community and the women served. Henry said that each story is unique, but the Women's Lunch Place strives to meet each individual need.
