Jack Church speaks with Kelsey Parks, Executive Director for Tennessee Community Assistance Corporation. Parks explained how TCAC helps people achieve home ownership thru government programs aimed at providing down payment assistance. Parks also discussed how the program can be used to build a home or rehab an existing home. Parks talked about "The Depot" which is an onsite store selling items for the home with all proceeds put back into TCAC to help cover the operating expenses.
