Monika Kelly talks with Richard Villasana of Forever Homes for Foster Kids which specializes in finding relatives for Spanish-speaking children in the American foster care system. His organization is able to search throughout Latin America for relatives and estranged parents who then in many cases can connect the children to relatives living in America too. The children are then able to live with their American relatives or Forever Homes for Foster Kids works with the judicial system to locate a parent so that their parental rights can be terminated to aid with adoption.
